We rented this brand-new viola in the fall of 2005 when my daughter joined a middle school orchestra. We purchased it a few months later. It has a good tone, and the "Perfection" pegs eliminate the need for fine-tuners and make the viola extremely easy to tune.

Since then, my daughter has decided to pursue the violin full-time and drop her viola studies. We bought the viola for $750 (see photo of invoice) but are willing to sell it for less, to recoup our investment. It's in great condition.
